Stellantis Revives Legendary SRT Performance Division Under Tim Kuniskis to Drive the Future of American Muscle Globally

Stellantis announces the revival of its iconic Street and Racing Technology (SRT) performance division, uniting the most advanced engineering talent across Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep® and RAM to push the limits of power, technology and design. Leading this bold initiative is Tim Kuniskis, a proven visionary in shaping the modern American muscle car era, who has also been appointed head of Stellantis American brands and North America marketing and retail strategy.
With his move, Stellantis signals a new era of high-performance vehicles that will resonate with enthusiasts worldwide, including in Europe, where demand for American power and character is growing rapidly. Under Kuniskis’ leadership, SRT will deliver vehicles that embody raw power, precision engineering and track-ready technology, bringing the spirit of American muscle to new heights.

The revived SRT division will oversee Stellantis’ high-performance initiatives, including Direct Connection, motorsport programs in North America such as NHRA drag racing, and the recently announced return of RAM to the NASCAR Truck Series in 2026.
