| Atlantic City SAIL Hotel Am Strom 1 D – 27568 Bremerhaven +49 (0) 471 30990-0 Travel & Parking When arriving by car, you can reach us via the A27 motorway. Take the exit “Bremerhaven Zentrum” (junction 7) and drive along the B212 (Grimsbystraße), which later becomes Lloydstrasse. At the end, turn left onto Columbusstraße. After about 200 m, turn right onto H.-H.-Meier-Straße. A tip for navigation devices: Enter “H.-H.-Meier-Straße” as the destination. On the left side is the entrance to the public parking garage Havenwelten. NOTE: There are two entrances, one leading up from H.-H.-Meier-Straße and one leading down. Please note the maximum height of 1.95 m. If possible, use the exit directly below the Klimahaus® Bremerhaven. You will find access to the hotel elevators here between rows 8 and 9. Parking on both levels can be billed to Atlantic City SAIL Hotel. Garage: 7,00 € per day. At the Hotel reception you can only get one-time exit tickets, there are no tickets available for multiple entry and exit on the same day. For 24-hour interrupted parking, max. 1 exit per night. Multiple entries and exits on the same day can be charged at the machine according to the official hourly rate. Other Hotels for your stay in Bremerhaven As our Event Hotel, Atlantic City SAIL Hotel, is already fully booked, we recommend you search online for an alternative given the short time left to the event. There are many hotels of different price categories available closeby! Please handle booking your hotel individually. Thank you for understanding that it’s not possible for us to assist with hotel bookings or deciding for the price range that suits your needs. Departure: Please note that as part of our Conference, you will be driven to the KW Technology Center by Shuttle Busses. Due to limited space onsite as well as in the neighboring area, it is unfortunately not possible to go there by car. You will be taken back to Atlantic City SAIL Hotel by Shuttle Busses at 17.30 CET with a scheduled arrival no later than |
Dinner, September 10, 2024
If you registered for our optional Dinner on Tuesday, September 10, we are looking forward to welcoming you in the 19th Floor of Atlantic City SAIL Hotel in the “Captain’s Lounge”! From 18.00 CET, Doors will be open for registered guests. Entering Atlantic City SAIL Hotel, please take the elevator to join as on 19th. Floor. Dinner will be served from 19.00 CET. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies have been communicated to the Hotel in advance – please refer to the disclaimers onsite or directly approach Personnel of Atlantic City SAIL Hotel in you have further questions or needs related to the food offered. |

Groups & Bus Shuttle
| During the Dealer Day Groups will be split for Presentations in English as well as Presentations in German Language. At the KW Technology Center, we will again split the into 5 Groups so you have the best chance to follow the presentation at the individual stations. At the Welcome Desk, you will receive your name tag including a lanyard of the color of the group you will be part of. Please remember to wear your name tag all day to make sure you can easily find the right group for your individual program. As part of our Program, you will be driven to the KW Technology Center by Shuttle Busses. Due to limited space onsite as well as in the neighboring area, it is unfortunately not possible to go there by car. You will be taken back to Atlantic City SAIL Hotel by Shuttle Busses after the KW Technology Center Visit. 14.30 CET Please be ready at the Entrance of Atlantic City SAIL Hotel to join us for KW Technology Center via Bus Shuttle 17.15 CET Please leave the KW Technology Center via the main entrance and get your Goodie Bag to go to the Bus Shuttle leaving for Atlantic City Sail Hotel at 17.30 CET. You will be back at the Conference Hotel no later than 18.00 CET |
