March 19th, 2024 – RAM Trucks Europe announces it will again be alongside the MXGP World Championship as an official partner for the 2024 season. The collaboration, which began in Loket in 2022 and was first formalised for the past season, is now renewed, underlining the deep connection between the brand's spirit and the world of sporting competition, with the FIM Motocross World Championship being one of its leading representatives.
Once again this season, therefore, RAM Trucks Europe will appear on the racetracks as the official partner of one of the most prestigious offroad Championships in the world, with the presence of RAM vehicles along the track and on the paddock, as well as sponsorship in all the materials related to the events' organization. Also renewed is the sponsorship of the MXGP and MX2 qualifying sessions, which will keep being called RAM Qualifying Races, allowing the brand to play a leading role not only on race days, but for the entire duration of the weekend. In addition, for this edition, RAM Trucks Europe has introduced a special “RAM Award” related to Saturday's qualifying races, exclusively dedicated to the MXGP category: at the end of the season, the MXGP rider who won the most RAM Qualifying races will win an exclusive six-month driving experience with RAM Trucks Europe.
The partnership will start from the first round of the 2024 season, scheduled for this weekend, 9 and 10 March, at the Villa La Angostura circuit in Patagonia - Argentina.
“Living an entire season alongside the MXGP World Championship, sharing the thrills on circuits around the world, was a unique and deeply emotional experience. That's why the renewal of this partnership for the 2024 season came as a natural step. Our journey goes on side by side, with an event characterised by the same distinguishing values of the RAM Brand: sportiness, power and the innate inclination to overcome our own limits to redefine them. We are very proud of this renewed outstanding collaboration, offering another great opportunity: the MXGP World Championship will in fact serve as the ideal place to see and test the all-new 2025 RAM 1500 MCA, which will be introduced in Europe during the season and showcased right on the off-road circuits.” stated Domenico Gostoli, Head of RAM & Dodge Brands Enlarged Europe.
“It is with a great pleasure that we will continue our collaboration with RAM as Naming Partner of the Qualifying Race and as Global Partner of the MXGP World Championship. RAM is an iconic brand which is bringing our sport to new highs in term of popularity, but they are also embracing the same vision of motorsport, and all their team are off road enthusiasts. I would like to thank Domenico Gostoli and all his team for the fantastic work accomplished last year and we cannot wait to start this new season in Argentina this weekend!” stated David Luongo, CEO of Infront Moto Racing.

RAM Trucks Europe alongside MXGP: sponsorship details
For the second year in a row, RAM Trucks Europe will be one of the official sponsors of the MXGP World Championship, after playing a leading role last season, culminating with the champions' parade at the Motocross of Nations 2023. For the last round of the championship, at the Ernee circuit in France, RAM Trucks Europe provided a fleet of RAM 1500s to transport the champions of all nations, allowing the teams to parade around the racetrack in the middle of the crowd, in a veritable triumph of colour and joy. The brand also involved spectators with a social activation at its paddock.
In this renewed adventure, RAM Trucks Europe will be once again present on racetracks at all events, recording a high media exposure: vehicles will continue to be on site at events, along the track and on the paddock, increasing the opportunity to learn more about RAM's product range, familiarize audiences with the brand around the world, and bring the brand even closer to fans.
The sponsorship also includes the presence of the brand at the events and in everything related to their organization both from a structural as well as a media and information point of view. In fact, the brand's logo will flank those of other prestigious sponsors on the materials used for interviews, such as official backdrops and side banners. RAM Trucks Europe designed a special logo to celebrate this sponsorship for the 2024 season, which will appear on the bridges of the various circuits and on panels all along the track, and especially on the branded backdrop in front of which the winners of both categories are awarded after each stage. The brand's starring role throughout the weekend has also been renewed, with the MXGP and MX2 qualifying sessions keep being called RAM Qualifying Races. The Saturday qualifying races are this year enriched by the introduction of the special “RAM Award”, exclusively dedicated to the MXGP category: drivers who qualify in first place at each stage will earn points and, at the end of the season, the winner will get an exclusive six-month driving experience with RAM Trucks Europe as a prize.
