Denmark Premiere: The Electric Dodge Charger Comes to Denmark

Classic muscle car – now electric

Dodge is presenting the electric Dodge Charger in Denmark for the very first time. With this Denmark premiere, Dodge offers a glimpse into a new generation of muscle cars, where classic performance, design, and driving excitement are combined with a fully electric powertrain.
The Dodge Charger Daytona has been developed as a pure performance car. The focus is not on efficiency figures, but on raw acceleration, driving dynamics, and the unmistakable Dodge character.

Experience it at Motorshow Herning 2026

The electric Dodge Charger Daytona can be experienced in Denmark at Motorshow Herning from February 6–8, 2026. At S&S Bilhus in Hall M, stand no. M9910, visitors will have the opportunity to see and hear the electric muscle car live and experience Dodge’s interpretation of performance in a new electric era.
The official unveiling will take place on Friday at 3:00 PM.

An electric muscle car – built for performance

The Charger Daytona has been developed according to the same core principles as Dodge’s classic muscle cars. It is built to be fast, responsive, and uncompromising in its performance. It delivers up to 670 hp and offers performance on par with Dodge’s most extreme gasoline-powered models. Acceleration from 0–100 km/h takes around 3.3 seconds, and all-wheel drive comes as standard.
As with traditional muscle cars, the focus has never been on fuel economy—and that approach has not changed just because it runs on electricity. The Charger Daytona is created around the overall driving experience, where power and character are valued higher than efficiency.

Model range

The electric Dodge Charger is shown in Denmark in the Scat Pack version with 670 hp and standard all-wheel drive. The model is available with both two and four doors.
There is also an R/T version with 536 hp.

Standard performance equipment

Both the two- and four-door Charger Daytona Scat Pack come with an extensive performance setup as standard. The equipment is developed for active driving and includes several Drive Modes, such as Sport, Track, Drag, and Custom, as well as Race Options with Launch Control and Drift/Donut Mode.
The Scat Pack is also equipped with PowerShot, providing up to 40 extra hp in short bursts, all-wheel drive, and a mechanical rear limited-slip differential for optimal power delivery.
The patented R-Wing front pass-through also contributes to improved aerodynamics.

Design

The design is clearly inspired by the iconic 1968 Charger, reinterpreted in a modern, wide, and muscular design language. The cabin is driver-oriented, featuring large digital displays, modern infotainment, and an interior that balances new technology with classic Dodge references.

Expected pricing and delivery

The Dodge Charger Daytona R/T starts from DKK 764,900. The Scat Pack variant starts from DKK 819,900.
The first deliveries to the Danish market are expected in the second quarter of 2026.
