Terms and Conditions for Test Drives

  1. Eligibility to drive
    The User confirms that they:
  • are at least 21 years old (or the minimum legal age applicable in the country where the test drive takes place);
  • hold a valid driving licence recognized within the European Union and appropriate for the vehicle category;
  • have held such licence continuously for at least 2 years;
  • are not subject to any suspension, restriction or revocation of driving rights.
  1. Permitted use of the Vehicle
    The Vehicle may only be used for the authorised test drive route and duration communicated by the Company.
    The User shall not:
  • allow any third party to drive the Vehicle;
  • use the Vehicle outside the authorised territory;
  • use the Vehicle for racing, competitions, off-road activities, towing, transport of goods, commercial transport or illegal purposes;
  • smoke, consume alcohol or use substances affecting driving ability.

  1. Traffic offences and administrative penalties
    The User remains solely responsible for any fines, parking charges, toll violations, administrative penalties and legal consequences resulting from traffic offences committed during the test drive period and agrees to reimburse the Company for any reasonable administrative costs incurred in processing such matters where permitted by applicable law.
  2. Accidents and breakdowns
    The User acknowledges that the Vehicle may collect and process technical, location and diagnostic information solely to ensure vehicle safety, fleet management, incident handling and operational purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Company’s Privacy Notice.
  3. Liability
    The User shall be liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence and, where permitted by applicable law, for damages not covered by insurance up to the agreed deductible amount.
    Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited under mandatory applicable law.
  4. Vehicle monitoring and data
    The User acknowledges that the Vehicle may process technical, location and diagnostic information strictly for fleet management, security, incident handling and demonstration purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  5. Cancellation and termination
    The Company reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the test drive at any time where safety concerns arise or where these Terms are breached.
  6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
    This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the test drive takes place.
    If the User qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, any mandatory consumer protection laws and rights applicable in the User’s country of residence shall remain unaffected.
    Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts determined under applicable law.
    Nothing in this Agreement shall limit any rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable legislation.
